CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Cancellation Policy At Salt4:6, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for each of our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process for all, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost. Deposits: For certain services or group bookings, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to make your appointment due to illness or other emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or adjusting the fee.
